The
attention always must be upwards. Upwards is the highest. The highest is in the
head. Awareness is in the head. Attention is in the head. The breath, drawn
upwards, merges in the highest point in the head. That is where fulfillment
lies. That is where bliss is found. Here is the still space of existence.
It is here
that fulfillment lies. Peace is found here. Contentment rules the day. Whatever
exists in the outside world has no impact on this secret place. This is the
cave of the heart. Inside this cave you are safe and secure. Here you are all one
with yourself.
