The Inner Path

Kundalini Shakti resides in the breath. Draw the breath up, like a bucket of water from a well. Draw it higher and higher until it dissolves in pure inner bliss. The sound of breath alone is bliss. The still place between the in-and outbreath is a place of complete respite, complete relaxation, complete comfort, and refreshing stillness.

Speak as you think and act as you speak.

The truth must be found. What is this truth? The truth is about you, what you are, who you are, why you are here, etc. You must find an answer to this in your lifetime. What else do you have to do? Inquire into the nature of existence and find a philosophy that works for you. How do you know it works for you? Because you feel happy, satisfied and at peace with the world.

The goal is the blissful self

Be happy. Be at peace. Focus on what you are doing. Don’t allow your concentration to waver. Being focused is like living in heaven. Being distracted is like living in hell.

Freedom and Liberation

What does it mean to worship in freedom? Then, what does it mean to be free? Is freedom an illusion? Is liberation an illusion?

As long as freedom and liberation remain concepts in your head, they remain illusions, wholly unattainable, as far removed from you as the most distant star in the universe.

Kundalini is the liberating force. Kundalini lives within you. It is the creative spark. On the spiritual path you blow this spark up until it is a raging fire within. This intense fire will bring all impurities to the surface of your being, in the same way as impurities surface when gold is heated.

Concentrate and Realize!

Spiritual liberation is the detachment from all that is not you. You live in freedom when there is true Vairagya, true renunciation of all. To practice this is difficult. It goes against everything you have ever believed in, ever hoped to attain, ever tried to hold on to.
