Spiritual liberation is the detachment from all that is not you.
You live in freedom when there is true Vairagya, true renunciation of all. To practice
this is difficult. It goes against everything you have ever believed in, ever
hoped to attain, ever tried to hold on to.

Uncouple from the Outer Reflections
Rest in your inner beauty. Your inner beauty is
consciousness and bliss. This beauty cannot be taken from you. It is your
innermost essential nature. You are it. That is the self.
The path to the self is manifold. Eventually all paths lead
within.

Be free and liberated
Inner serenity is reflected in your outer being. How is this
possible? Your mind is the intermediary between the outer world and the inner
world. Whatever arises from within is projected outward and what is experienced
outwards is received within.

The Inner Sight
The inner sight, the inner
vision must be cultivated. Only those with the true inner vision are truly
cultivated people. Being clever is not being cultivated. Wearing nice clothes
and giving fancy speeches is not being cultivated. Yukti, cleverness, is not
the same as Mukti, liberation. Liberation is equal-sightedness. It is not blindness,
but same-sightedness, seeing the same in all. Equal vision = the vision of
equality. “All men are created equal.” All “men” are equal.
Look Within, Always
Look within, always look within. Find out who you are. When you
look outside you see confusion, chaos, agitation, multiplicity, and tumult. Inside
there are peace, serenity, love, contentment, and calm knowing. Calmness prevails
in your center. Sit quietly. Rest within your own self.

Develop the Inner Sight
Develop the inner sight. Rest in your inner state. Remain always
in this quiet state. Do not show off what you have attained. Be still. Be humble.
Allow your inner state to permeate your outer surroundings. Do not force your
inner state onto your surroundings. Let it happen naturally. Be watchful. Be present.
Do a lot of listening. Be aware. Be loving. Be attentive. Always be present. Be
perfect. Let others know that you care. Help people along their path.
Follow the Silence
Follow the silence. The silence will lead you to the goal.
Immerse yourself in silence. Remain in silence. This is your true home. Remain in
your inner circle of silence. That is where your true happiness lies. Outside this
circle awaits restlessness and the agitated pull of the external world.
